extended corrosion protection for storage of parts between production and finishing processes without rusting of mild steel and cast iron or oxidation on white metals.

The DriPHOS TLT process uses ONE TANK similar to the familiar vapour degreasing tanks.
These are built to order by our equipment partners. The vapour generator sump is deeper than the standard vapour degreasing tank to allow total immersion of metal parts, on jigs or in baskets. Tanks are designed to achieve the most economical usage of chemicals with the highest
standards of emission control into the workplace.
DriPHOS TLT process uses no water, is non- flammable and is very efficient, uses little energy, (operates a t 32EC) with fast cycle times typically 5 to 10 minutes. It is very economical and safe for operators and the environment. The process operates with the smallest footprint of any comparable surface treatment process.
DriPHOS TLT one tank process is simple to use and requires little operator intervention.
